Анотація
Люди з вечірнім уподобанням схильні до активності у пізні часи, лягають спати пізніше. Вечірні хронотипи страждають від раннього початку роботи, що суперечить їхнім природним циркадним ритмам, як наслідок, пізній час пробудження у вихідні дні відображає спробу компенсувати борг сну, накопичений у робочі дні. Це призводить до неузгодженості часу сну між робочими та вихідними днями, відомого як соціальний джетлаг. Концепція соціального джетлага припускає, що вечірні хронотипи функціонують у менш сприятливих умовах через розбіжності між біологічним і соціальним часом, оскільки більшість шкільних і робочих графіків орієнтовані на ранок. Соціальний джетлаг дуже поширений в сучасному суспільстві та виступає фактором ризику для ожиріння, діабету, депресії, серцево-судинних захворювань та канцерогенезу. Мета цього дослідження полягала у визначенні шкідливої поведінки серед осіб із вечірнім уподобанням, пов’язаним з соціальним джетлагом, та її потенційний вплив на здоров’я. Також аналізуються можливі коригувальні заходи, насамперед поведінкового характеру, використовуючи літературні дані баз PubMed та Embase. Виявлено, що вечірнє уподобання ставить під загрозу підтримання здорового способу життя. Вечірня активність пов’язана з нестачею сну внаслідок надмірного штучного освітленням уночі та схильністю до використання різних електронних девайсів, особливо перед сном, що пригнічує рівень ендогенного мелатоніну, перетягуючи час сну та прийом їжі на більш пізні періоди. Для вечірних хронотипів притаманне споживання збільшеної загальної кількості калорій і жирів, більш тривалий прийом їжі, а також нездорові дієтичні звички (пропуск сніданку, перекуси). Вечірнє уподобання також пов’язане зі збільшенням вживання напоїв, що містять кофеїн, алкоголю та палінням, низькою фізичною активністю. У цій статті ми розглянемо деякі стратегії, особливо поведінкового характеру, які мають бути залучені до профілактичних заходів соціального джетлагу та його наслідків для здоров’я серед осіб із вечірніми уподобаннями.
